Lean Gains is what i’m after! Looking ripped like David Beckham has always been an appealing mindset. But just how exactly do I get there ? I’m like every other eager-to-get-fit male, and have digested piles of content both online, through apps, and book form. However, nothing beats working with a human being. Especially one that’s as down to earth as Brent Lohmer. I’m looking to push 225+ LBS on the bench one day, and I can tell that this is the guy that will help condition me to get there. Seriously look into this guy, he’s got local fitness credit. For me personally, he’s the only trainer that I’ve pursued a professional workout with.
